The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE) is roughly 22 million acres or 34,375 square miles and is recognized as the only intact ecosystems south of the Canadian Border. At the heart of this vast ecosystem is Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park are the only two national parks that still contain every species that have naturally occured in these locations going back 10,000 years. Yellowstone is the only place where the American Bison has continuously roamed, and therefore it is one of the only places left in the lower 48 states where wildlife still thrives in the way it once did all across the American West. Not to mention Yellowstone contains over half of the worlds geysers and is by far the most geothermally active place on the planet! This landscape is filled with abundant wildlife, countless snowcapped peaks, thousands of alpine lakes filled with native fish, 11000 years of Native American History, ten different mountain ranges, seven major river systems, the largest elk and bison herds, countless wolf packs, and is home to one of the only thriving populations of grizzly bears south of the Canadian border. Not to mention the geologic wonders of Yellowstone falls, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Lake. Long story short this landscape is special!

Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Pick up at Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) or West Yellowstone Airport (WYS) transfer to hotel of your choice in West Yellowstone or stay in Downtown Bozeman. to get tp West Yellowstone we will take a beautiful scenic drive from BZN through Yellowstone and Gallatin Canyon. Stop at EarthQuake Lake and Custer Gallatin National Forest to hopefully spot bald eagles, Big Horn sheep, mountain goat, moose, black bear, elk, coyote, and many more species. If you are staying in Downtown Bozeman we can go to Lewis and Clark caverns or Missouri Headwaters State park which both have loads of history from the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
Day 2 Wolf Watching, Grizzly Gazing, small family friendly guided hikes, and Wildlife Safari in the Lamar Valley from your hotel in W. Yellowstone or Downtown Bozeman. *if you stayed in Bozeman we will transfer to Gardiner or West Yellowstone at end of day (bring luggage with us on tour).
Day 3 Early morning game drive in Hayden Valley for wildlife, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Mud Volcano, & Yellowstone Lake Grizzly Bears. *Transfer to W Yellowstone (bring luggage with us on tour).

Option 1: Spend the night in Jackson Hole Wy/conclude tour here if you are flying out of Jackson Hole Airport. Take hotel shuttle to Jackson Hole Airport in the morning.
Option 2: return to West Yellowstone after our tour of the Tetons. Transfere to airport for flights home on the next day
Day 6 Pick up at Hotel and transfer to Bozeman Airport(BZN) or West Yellowstone Airport (WYS). Ganme drive in Yellowstones Northwest Corridor looking for moose, bear, elk, bison, beaver, and many more species. Beautiful scenic drive through Yellowstone and Gallatin Canyon.

We pick up as early as possible in West Yellowstone, between Bozeman and Gardiner. We also pick up in Yellowstone

Most frequent questions and answers
We cannot guarantee wildlife sightings. While it is likely we will see bears, wolves, and other species. These animals freely roam the park. We cannot guarantee sightings bit we will try our best to get you the most sightings possible based on recent activity and seasonality of wildlife movements in Yellowstone.
Yes, our tours are 100% private and customized to your desires. It will be just your family and friends for the entire day.
Each tour comes with a provided deli style lunch from a local bakery that makes all of their breads from scratch. You will get to choose from turkey, roast beef, ham, or vegetarian sandwich with mustard and mayo on the side. All sandwiches come with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Your lunch will come with a large selection of chips, an organic apple, and a fresh baked cookie.
Park Entrance Fee is not included in the price of the tour. However, if you have an annual park pass, it will get up 4 adult members of your group into the park. Otherwise, adults are $20/day. Children 15 and under are free. If you have a Senior Pass, are active Military, purchased a National Parks Pass, or are in the 4th Grade you will get yourself and part of the tour group in for free.
Come prepared and expect anything from cold and wet to extremely hot.
